Terrapin Point Frozen Falls

Terrapin Point is located at the western end of Goat Island nearest the brink of the Horseshoe Falls. From there you can stand right next to the lip of the Horseshoe Falls. It is a unique & humbling experience.

I can feel the power and might of the falls from this image- wonderful! I went on the Maid of the Mist on my 50th birthday with my sister and best friend. The three of us all cried as we were overcome with emotion at the power of the falls! Lovely memory!
