Its a small, beach but it's a decent location to take some great sunrise shots. The beach is covered with red rock broken pottery pipe. Those red rocks have history and are leftovers from the historic pipe company that used to operate in the area. These are the broken bits of the pipes that did not make it to final sale. So over time many of the clay pieces have worn down to polished red rocks :)
