As I seem to be revisiting themes from my first project, I thought I would try this again, and see if I could get a better result. I think it is marginally better - I ran out of patience after about 100 shots and an increasingly wet kitchen!
Thanks for all your comments and favs over the past few days. I really appreciate them all.
I know the mess I got in when I did this back in the day, well done on only 100 shots! Have you got the kit or did you set up yourself? I know @pixiemac has a specific kit that she's had fun with!
@jackie8 Jackie, no, it's all still a bit Heath Robinson with me. This was an eye dropper over a roasting tin full of water. I should have taken a shot of that, shouldn't I? I subsequently spent a lot of time (a) editing out all the artefacts from the roasting tin and the overhead cooker hood spotlights and (b) cleaning up the mess!!!
@peadar - your wife was obviously out then?! Well done though, it is so ridiculously satisfying when we nail the shot. Maybe we all need to get out more, me included!
Well done! It looks so nicely serene. It doesn't disturb me at all that the drops are not totally sharp. They form such lovely zen comp with those water ripples!
