This is from a walk along the Darent Valley today. It was a fine Autumn day - blue sky, gentle breeze, not too hot (around 17-18°C) - and I noticed the trees on the hill showing the first signs of the new season. As usual, this repays viewing large on black.
Many thanks to all who have commented and fav'ed over the past few days - I read every comment and they are all appreciated.
A lovely autumn English country scene Peter. I can seen the hint of the change of leaf colour. You have a blue sky - it's been dull here most of the day and now the wind is starting to blow and it's raining.
@casablanca I live in Southeast London, just within the M25 boundary. It's about a 20 minute drive to get here to the Darent Valley (and 30 minutes on the train the other way to get to the Southbank).
