We're decorating. It's very disruptive. Part of the solution is to load books (of which we have probably too many) onto the dining room table. This is the result.

You are right when you say 365 becomes all consuming, I am enjoying taking the photos, it's all the uploading, editing and deciding that takes over at times! We will all feel such a sense of achievement when we complete the project!

There is something really lovely about this. I love books, and even though I've just bought myself a Kindle, nothing can beat the feel of a real book in my hands.
Ah yes, know that scenario!! Chaos for 2 weeks!! Best of luck...........what a brilliant idea to photograph your collection...........great shot and yes 365 is very time consuming, more with the commenting than the photos one takes!! Marvellous though, love it!!
Ha ha ha! I love it! I went through hundreds of books last summer and gave many away. It was hard to part with some of them, but books are meant to be read and not to collect dust as they were doing at my house.
