As my penultimate shot I thought I would see if I could persuade Miriam to sit for a portrait. I haven't done any portrait work in the Project, and, as usual, you find the easy shots are the most difficult to get right! This is a kind of photographer's way of saying thank you to someone who has stoically borne the side-effects of living with a 365 Project.

As it was a Leap Year last year, I have one more to go (whaooo!) but the circumstances which meant I couldn't get this shot until today mean I won't be able to post the last one until Sunday. In the meanwhile, thanks for all your lovely comments recently.
Peter this is superb! Your wife has gorgeous eyes.

@jackie8 Jackie, thank you. It was my idea, but I am pretty sure it was inspired by images on here.

A clever crop and a great portrait shot, well done @peadar, as for Miriam not liking it, most of us women are critical of any photos of ourselves and would rarely own up to liking our own image however I'm sure she will be thrilled with all these wonderful comments :-)

Beautiful shot of your wife. I'd never let myself photograph like this, need to hide behind presets, special effects and cropping. :-)
