My daughter and niece arranged an international Zoom cook-in for Miriam (in London) and her sister Terri (in Dublin) as a Mother's Day celebration - all four of them cooking the same Ottolenghi dish at the same time, all virtually connected and remembering many happy holidays together in the past. One way of beating lockdown. I enjoyed the photo opportunity and sampling the results, of course.
