More often than not, Scrappy shows up missing his collar after yet another street skirmish. When he first adopted us, we were so enamoured with him that we ordered fancy collars with his name and phone number embroidered on them. We smartened up after a half dozen or so went MIA. Now I buy them by the dozen at Target and add his info with a Sharpie pen. He's good with that ~
I love this picture...Scrappy looks very fluffy! Thanks for your comments....you are so nice to me...and always first to comment. Sending you a big internet hug!
Thanks for all the compliments on Scrap's good looks! I caught him on a good day. He generally looks like he's been shot out of the back end of a lawnmower! I have to catch him at the right moment to brush him...he's still a little more feral than mama's boy.
lol! Shot out of the back end of a lawn mower made my morning laugh! Thank you! Our kitties in the city aren't allowed outside, so ours wouldn't know what to do if they met up with the "street gang". Also, they have never eaten a mouse. If one gets in the house, they just play with it to DEATH, usually leaving it under the sofa to rot until I smell it. Yuck! I love Scrappy's story. It gives him such character.
You made my morning. I laughed out loud on both of your write ups. This photo tells the story of a fluffy docile cat having a peaceful rest in a lovely new red collar... It is true you cannot always believe what you see!! Scrappy the imposter! Nice work on this Peggy.
Tee hehehe! Sometimes I feel as though I've been shot out the back end of a lawnmower :D So, what you are saying is Scrappy is really "Billy Bad Ass"? :D Now, tell me this, did you purchase a red collar recently for this theme or had you had it? LOL Either way, LOVE it!
Thanks, Sheri, Constance and Nicole!
Ha - Looks can be deceiving. He is a cat with attitude and a half! Actually, Nicole, all the collars I have in stock are red. Last time I went to Target my choices were pink, lime green or red. A dude with 'tude can't wear pink or lime green...so I bought all the red ones they had. :)

I love to hug him or her?
