Don't Ever Use a Leaf Blower...

while wearing a long scarf. The scarf survived surprisingly, but the leaf blower didn't. :( I'm glad I was in the backyard when this situation occurred...it was somewhat embarrassing to unwind the blower and scarf from around my neck.
Will try to catch up with comments soon. I'm having some kind of issues with 365 and can't post comments or replies except via my iPhone. At least I discovered that I can upload photos with the 'simple uploader' option.
Oh glory - I can just picture it ! hope no one was hurt during the filming of this scene :-)

Goodness Peggy you could have throttled yourself !!! Harry loves blowing his leaves, it takes over from the mowing job but I must tell him not to wear a scarf !!! I noticed your post about your problems re 365, infuriating, i hope the problem resolves itself !!

Does the name Isadora Duncan mean anything? :-)

@rayswrld It does, Ray...that's the first thing I thought of as the scarf tightened around my neck. ;)

@happypat Tell Harry to be careful out there, Pat! :) Yes, this 365 issue is very frustrating!!! I'm using my iPhone to post these comments...very slow going...way too time consuming. I hope your Jenny is comfortable and doing as well as can be expected. I know you're giving her the best of care.

Peggy, I adore your sense of humor and I have a feeling each one of us wishes we were your neighbor. Were you able to finish the leaf project?

Really? That's a pretty stylish scarf for leaf blowing. Glad that it, and you, survived! Hope your computer issue is solved soon!

@barbsmith Believe it or not the scarf was fine even though I had to take the blower apart and untangle it from the motor. I was just blowing off the patio...I don't usually wear scarves like that for serious yard work. :) I hope I get this 365 situation figured out soon too. Having to respond via iPhone and it's driving me crazy.

@wwhite13 Thanks, Wendy! Didn't finish because I killed the leaf blower. :(. But I got a new one today so I'm back in business. :)

I have to say Peggy you brought a smile to my face when I read this, of course after I realized you were ok. It is just an image that is hard to get out of your head. And now at least you discovered not to wear a scarf when operating 'heavy equipment' :)
