This morning Harper, her mommy, and I took the train uptown to attend "Psshh" ~ an interactive theater performance for the very young with wonderful sounds, colors, and movement. Afterward, we met Granddaddy for lunch and then rode the train back home. It was a fun morning! :)
And I took my kids to see the Sharon, Lois, and Bram's Elephant Show Live, drove an hour, paid a lot of money, and they didn't like it!!! Am so glad Harper liked it!!!!
@bpaquette There's always a risk of failure, Barbara! :) When our oldest daughter, Elizabeth, was 4 I hired a "Smurf" to come to her birthday party. When Elizabeth saw a 6 and a half foot blue Smurf get out of a car and head down the driveway she took off running for the woods and stayed behind a tree until it left. Thankfully none of the other kids attending the party freaked out. :)
Got to start them young so they can appreciate the beauty of theatre. Harper really looks like she is right into it. Love the look on her face and the colours. Great Smurf story - my oldest would have reacted the same way.
