This very friendly egret walked with me all the way down the walkway to the beach. I felt like we made a good connection, although he kept glancing over his shoulder to make sure I wasn't getting too close. :)

That's a great angle on this egret! I've never come across one so friendly; how lucky are you! Love those feet and the shadow of the railing.
