An early Christmas present from me to myself...my shabby, well worn grey bathrobe was ready to be retired. I had a difficult time with this shot. Pink is a hard color to photograph. The lighting has to be just right or else there are too many grey and/or yellow tones. Still didn't get it right, but this one is better than my first few dozen shots. :)
Three good things:
1. There was no line at the polls yesterday...although I was hoping for a better turn out for a mayoral election.
2. Looking forward to spending the day with my mom today.
3. My new robe :)
This robe looks so cozy & warm....you have captured the softness of it beautifully! My old one nedds replacing...I have a new one bought in a hurry last year but it swamps me, make me look fat so never wear it!!
