Scrappy cat is starting the new year healthy, and happy that his annual check up and immunizations are done for another whole year. I'm rather glad to get that challenge out of the way for the year as well...check out the claw in the carrier mesh. :( I had to cancel last week's appointment because I couldn't find the boy. The vet suggested I bring him in at 7 yesterday morning when I knew he'd be hanging around for breakfast and I could nab him. :)
A bright and beautiful 2014 to all!
Three good things:
1. New Year's Day NCAA Bowl Games. Go Dawgs!!
2. Glazed pork tenderloin, collard greens, and black eyed peas for New Year's Day dinner...a Southern tradition for luck and prosperity in the coming year.
3. Lots of fun New Year's Eve revelry in the 'hood last night

I snickered when I saw this photo because I know Scrappy's reputation! You're so very brave as well as good to put yourself in harm's way to see that Scrappy stays in tip top shape for his adventurous life.
