I seem to be surrounded by disgruntled fauna. After I dumped the ice that had formed in the bird bath, this cardinal looked like he was sending a message not to let it happen again. I take all complaints under consideration, but there's only so much I can do about the weather. :)
A rather sorry photo as I took this through the back door/door blinds. Was afraid this guy would fly away if I opened the door.
Three good things:
1. So many wonderful comments and faves for yesterday's photo of my weather-stunned cat. Thanks so much!
2. Fish and Chips at Big Ben's Pub last night ~ delicious!
3. Appliance repairman was here today to check out my range, he ordered the needed parts, and will be back to make repairs on Monday. Yea!
So no cooking & meals out until then Peggy....I do hope so!! This little person does look a bit chilled & disgruntled....a bird like that would look more at home in the tropics.
I love how you caught that expression and the color blends are so striking. Actually I am faving this one for the fun & uniqueness and I thought it turned out really well from the window.
This photograph is so cool. When I first looked at it, I didn't think the Cardinal was real. Did you texture the photo, or is that from shooting through the back door? I love it! I am still amazed that the pansies are so bright and beautiful, and there was ice on the bird bath!
