Harper and Her Great-Great-Grandfather

Harper never knew her great-great-grandfather, who died decades before she was born. But I know that he would adore his great-great-granddaughter...and would have loved, loved, loved playing tennis with her. He was an exceptional tennis player and won the Augusta, Georgia USTA Men's Singles Championship a number of times...the last time at the age of 68. :)

Three Good Things:
1. Good memories
2. Bright colored umbrellas on a dreary, rainy day
3. The Australian Open tennis tournament starts next week :)
Harper has such professional lines Peggy....she looks most competent in her play. A future champion!
Wondering what the US Command is doing having a Twitter account?

Everyone seems to be socially connected these days, Pat. I don't get it. We don't seem to understand how technologically savvy terrorists groups are and how much information can be obtained from social media. You'd think that intelligence agencies would keep a lid on Internet media activity.

Fav! What a wonderful old photo of your Great Grandad to have in your collection! Fits so perfectly in this collage. I just know he is smiling down at Harper from above.

With genetic lineage like that, how wonderful that she's being given an early start in life! Someday we'll say, "We remember her 'when'"!
