February Freeze

We've been hit by an arctic blast of crazy cold...for the South anyway. The thermometer on the patio is reading 10°F/-12°C, and it's not supposed to get a whole lot warmer today. My hat's off to those who live in places where you deal with this all winter.

Three Good Things:
1. Enough ice has melted off the roads to consider driving
2. No power outage or frozen water pipes
3. Friend, Bev, coming today for a girl talk/wine drinking/catch up/sleepover
