Like so many roads on Edisto Island, this one to Botany Bay is a hard packed dirt and sand roadway through a tunnel of live oaks and Spanish moss. I can easily envision horse drawn wagons from another era travelling down this shady lane.
Three Good Things:
1. No traffic taking Tom to the airport for an early flight this morning
2. A break from the heat wave in the forecast
3. Heading off to the first session of my new photography class...
