I'm happy to get back to my 365 project after a brief time off to get a few things squared away...and a wonderful Thanksgiving with family. Looking forward to catching up with everyone!
Three Good Things:
1. My PC is up and running better than ever thanks to an amazing tech geek.
2. After 49 days without rain, we have rain in the forecast for tonight and tomorrow. Should help to bring an end to the wildfires in the NC mountains.
3. I was hired for my first ever 'real' photography gig...a dog daycare/boarding business. 🙂
Hi Peggy. This daycare looks like a great place to be. What fun and great pics too. Just passed through your neck of the woods on our way home from a month in Florida. Well I95 is close to everyone isn't it. Driving down at the end of October we noticed the damage from Hurricane Matthew. So many downed trees and done pretty huge ones too. Enjoyed being in the USA to follow your elections and the surprising Trump win. Hope you are doing well and I hope to get back into 365 shortly. Now with three grandchildren (2boys snd a little girl)
@dora Dora! So good to hear from you! I hope you had a lovely month in Florida. My daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren were at Disney World when Matthew blew through. Only had one rainy night and the rest of the time was perfect weather. They practically had the park to themselves as so many people cancelled as the storm approached. Wish the rest of the southeast coast had fared as well. Lots of damage to our favorite place...Edisto Island, SC. But restoration is well underway and life is getting back to normal. We are far enough inland in Charlotte that we only had gusty wind and some rain.
Looks like you've added a little princess to your list of grandbuddies since I last saw a post from you! How perfect! I know they rock your world! Life is good! I'll be keeping an eye out for your return to 365.
