Never Too Many Cooks in this Kitchen

Busy chefs in the Dilworth Soup Kitchen preparing lunch for 200 guests. Yesterday's menu was chicken cacciatore with penne pasta, roasted winter vegetables, salad, garlic bread, and chocolate cake. My job was prepping three crates of tomatoes.

Three Good Things:
1. The amazing dishes that can be created from donated food
2. A cleaning and thumbs up check up at the dentist. Good to go for another six months.
3. A Carolina Panthers win
Someone couldn't wait!! This is an amazing organised effort! You must get a real buzz helping there, no wonder there's a waiting list!
