These are two of our awesome volunteers at the Dilworth Soup Kitchen...Terry (L) and Darryl (R). Believe it or not, Terry is 94 years old. She is simply amazing. Yesterday she told me that her doctor has suggested that for two days each week she use her non-dominant hand as a way of keeping her brain sharp. We tried it out with food prepping. I could feel the focus kicking in when slicing and dicing with my left hand. :)

What a great image of The Pineapple Princess! She sounds like a remarkable person, and isn't it amazing to see how healthy so many people stay, late into a long life! It's marvelous!
