We celebrated my beautiful mom's birthday today. She's 87 and going strong. I thought I had uploaded the photo of the birthday cake I made for her, but this is the ice cream cake I made for Tom's birthday. I'm just going to let this stand in rather than delete and reload. ☺

Happy Birthday to your Mom. You are so lucky to have her near you as is she. And this cake looks delicious. Chocolate eggs have a shelf life that needs to be monitored very closely in case you didn't know (as in eat them).
