Making Cheese Grits for 200

I've spent a cool, rainy day doing nothing but roasting, deboning, and packaging a 24 pound turkey. We had eight huge donated turkeys taking up an enormous amount of space in our soup kitchen freezers. We each took one home to cook and bring back for turkey casserole on Monday. Anyway, I haven't had a chance to take a photo for today. But I did receive a photo from our chef, so I'll go with that for today. (Making cheese grits yesterday - for sausage, peppers, and grits. Delish.)
Three Good Things:
1. No more cooking turkey until November - hopefully
2. A phone call from grandson Will this morning - just to check in and see what I was up to ♥
3. Grits
Sounds great and look like hard work!

You are so tiny next to those big pots and stove - lots of hard work but the grits sound wonderful.
