I picked up a couple of pumpkins and some chrysanthemums in the garden center of Lowe's. Then decided to go in and check out the fall wreaths as my front door wreath is showing its age. Guess I was too late. There was a tiny table of assorted and odd Halloween/autumn merchandise in a distant corner...but apparently it's time for consumers to be thinking Christmas. Really?? Halloween is close to three weeks away. And we have Thanksgiving a month after that.
Three Good Things:
1. I found a beautiful autumn wreath online.
2. It's being delivered tomorrow.
3. The Atlanta Braves won their NL division championship yesterday.
