Fall Color in the Neighborhood

Fall color has been late arriving this year. And just when things are starting to change, we have a high temp today of 79°F/26°C.
Three Good Things:
1. A fun day of shopping and lunch with my mom
2. My grandbuddies got their first Covid vaccination today
3. Zipping down the Interstate with no backups or slowdowns
That tree is spectacular! Great 3 things today, too.

That red tree is so beautifully placed! Stunning area to live too…..
A good day too, sounds perfect to me! Your grandchildren are young to have the covid vaccine. I think they are doing twelve to fifteen year olds here but not that fast. It’s up to the parents I think to give consent as it should be.

@happypat Last week the FDA approved the Pfizer vaccine for children ages 5-11 in the US. Parents definitely have to give consent for minors to get the vaccine.
Vaccinations for 12-17 year olds have been available for several months. I think the vaccination rate for that age group is slightly under 50% at this point.

I never tire of fall foliage! It has been late here, too.
