I spent the past few hours taking down the Christmas tree. All of the lights and ornaments are wrapped and packed; and the boxes are back up in the attic. The beautiful tree is outside waiting to be taken to the recycling center. I think I'm ready to open a real bottle now.
Three Good Things:
1. Our small space living area seems to have doubled in size.
2. One of grandson Will's Christmas presents finally arrived today.
3. Rain moving in for a cozy night with a good book...and a glass of wine.
