After putting up with a trickle of hot water in both sinks in the main bathroom for months - because I didn't want to pay the outrageous amount I was quoted by a plumber, I decided to take on the job myself. Success!! Hot water is flowing like a waterfall from both faucets.

2. Side 2 was much easier than side 1 after realizing I only needed to disconnect the top end of the water supply line rather than both ends, and it wasn't at all necessary to take off the hot water handle.
3. Saved $750 with 90 minutes of work
