Nazca Lines (The astronaut)

Nazca lines, even without knowing why they exist, there are 40 theories ranging from the aliens that are those who drew it, to the most plausible that suggests that the Nazca culture drew them as offerings to the gods. At any rate, it is awesome that humans 2000 years perform these drawings and today remain there. The climate of the location, extent and some other factors make this possible. Unfortunately today suffer damage from the road and some cars passing the ban on entering and roll over. Again I leave to better inform the Wikipedia:
The Nazca lines are old geoglifos found in the Pampas de Jumana in the desert of Nazca, between the towns of Nazca and Palpa (Peru). They were drawn by the Nazca culture and are composed of several hundred figures ranging from such simple designs as lines to complex zoomorphic, and geometric figures fitomorfas appearing drawn on the surface. Since 1994, the Committee of Unesco has inscribed lines and geoglyphs of Nasca and Pampas de Jumana as a World Heritage humanity.2 However, in recent years have been severely damaged by the construction of the Pan-American Highway and ruts SUVs.
