I mentioned yesterday that we got a storm. We've had extreme heat waves which I think contributed to the strength of the storm we got. The news said we had wind gusts up to 80 mph which puts it in the same category as a low grade tornado or hurricane. As you can see from the photos there are trees down everywhere. The first picture is my place...had a large branch that came down and was resting on my place, but my neighbors helped to move it to the curb. I was more lucky than others though because I haven't lost power and there are a lot in town without it.
This is so incredible! I've heard on the news about all the damage done along the mid-Atlantic and mid-west. I'm not sure where you live, but it looks like you had quite a bit of damage done. Glad to hear that you haven't lost your power!
