@dalboy@barbcapecod Thanks for your lovely comments which really make my day. I wanted to keep you guessing so didn't put in my description that it is a terracotta garden ornament - it's orb shaped and has star shapes cut out of the sides and top and you put a tea-light into it - as you can see it's really pretty - I had a pair but my son's football send one into the pond a couple of weeks ago and try as we might it cannot be found!!
