Today was know your own history race day. Organised by an Everton FC charity to raise funds. Covid has made the event virtual. Dan and I ran our 5km on Cleethorpes sea front. Despite the heat I managed to neither stop nor walk and completed it in 38.46. Dan beat his 5km pb by 57 seconds... No wonder we're smiling.
