The old normal would have meant I'd have spent the day at work but I'm just pleased to return to the new normal. After 3 weeks going stir crazy my back is healed enough to go for a chatty socially distanced seaside stroll with my lovely friend. I so enjoyed the company, the fresh air, the sunshine, the sea, the views, the exercise and even the hail storm!
