...........for Mother's Day. Clare lives in Scotland and spied this during a recent visit to the Outer Hebrides. It's made from Harris tweed - & purple is my favourite colour. The (in!)famous damson tree is on the left with the lower blossom hidden by my head and the top blossom cut off the photo!
@tishpics Patricia - if that means did I take it myself, well, no. I doubt there is such sophistication on my camera - and I wouldn't be able to smile at nothing!!!!!!!!!!! (I can always smile at Ray.)
@doblaine In my first workplace I gained the nickname of purple Haze.
Mother's Day was good - gifts from Clare, & Neil kept the tradition of cooking a special meal (Thai chicken) with a bottle from his 'cellar' (Gewürztraminer) .
