"The sky's red," said Ray, as he drew the curtains. So I hurried downstairs to fetch my camera (forgot to take it to bed last night!)

A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
That's an amazing sky - great shot! Here in southern India we just get the regular warm, dry, bright days we expect in January but I try to look on the bright side ;-)
Wow! Nice capture - that sure is a brilliant sky. Here we say "... sailors take warning!" In the Atlantic provinces, many fisherman have lost their lives at sea. Fav!
Certainly amazing and only lasted like that a few minutes. I've not processed this shot except for a bit of crop of the black horizon which I always do with sunrise/set shots.
They obviously think you enjoy getting soakedI! Thanks for fav and New Year wishes which I reciprocate, When the weather eases it'll be time for that photoshoot!!!
FaVulous shot. What a sky!!! Have to laugh at two things....did you often take your camera to bed with you and yes I wondered about who would "enjoy" such terrible weather. Thanks for the chuckle!!
Talk about great minds! (What's that other saying: "Never look a gift horse in the mouth")
Thanks for the comment and fav, Jodie and the follow which I'm reciprocating. Welcome to 365!
Rod, if we had warm, dry, bright January days, I'd definitely be looking on the bright side!!!!
