This is the most beautiful and prolific amaryllis that I've ever had: two sturdy stalks now with a total of 9 flowers + one bud still to open. (I'm afraid you probably haven't seen the last of it.)

It's a beautiful morning here with sunshine and blue sky so we are off to Winchester to see if there are any shots to be had of the hopefully now receding flood waters.
I look forward to catching up with your shots later today as Neil is making hot wild rice and chicken bake for our meal tonight which will leave me some free time..............
Aha - but what would really be more interesting? An amaryllis is a bit inanimate and I think mine is coming to the end of its useful photographic life! (I have enjoyed it though....)
