We visited friends yesterday en route for a few days away and met their cat, Ted.
Ted was found, a kitten in the snow, peering into the patio window of a family's house. This family already had two cats but took Ted in.
Unfortunately the resident cats bullied Ted, chasing him out of the house.
So he now lives with our friends where he has free run of the house, garden and surrounding fields.
We have come to stay with the family in deepest rural Suffolk where the internet access is really unreliable and in particular seems anti 365 so if I don't post much, that will be the reason.
A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
Lovely image of Tom Hazel, certainly looks like he has been in the wars,
I know how you feel, whilst in the rented cottage last week in Bowness the internet was very slow, opening up 365 project it was like watching paint dry and trying to load an image could take even longer, time to have a cup of tea in fact:)
Nice to know Ted has a wonderful forever home. He has a similar story to my cat who can turn a cat away in the snow when it continually looks through the patio window every night crying to come in not us. A lovely capture of Lucky Ted perhaps that should be his name.
Reminds me of my late great cat, Boo. We got him from the humane society and he'd had a rough start too, but ended up overcoming his difficulties and living till the ripe old age of 17.
