As I spied him, the town crier was just finishing delivering his speech and ringing his bell.
I have no idea who his was saluting but I managed a quick shot.
The marketplace was full of stalls selling all sorts of goodies and we bought grapes, a chicken, leek and bacon pie each for lunch and some nardicots - what a strange name!

Brilliant capture of the Town Crier and against the old buildings.We used to have one in Peterbrough a female with the loudest voice you ever heard I think she won a few competitions with it.What is a nardicot? I am intrigued.
