along the Itchen Way

This stretch of river is where we met Mary and her labrador, Gem.

Thank you all for the great response to my portrait of them and accompanying story yesterday, no.152 in my strangers’ project, much appreciated.

I began my portrait project in September 2015 so that makes an average of one each week.

Interesting, enjoyable, challenging, always something to learn, photographically or socially, and even the 10% of this figure who have said no thank you very much have made an impression on me.

Good to see this morning that Mary and Gem have made it to PP!
