We had just finished our Christmas lunch yesterday(cheese and cucumber sandwiches and home-made mince pies with a glass of Picpoul de Pinet - saving ourselves for the roast turkey later) when Ray called from the kitchen that the squirrel was sitting on the fence
I grabbed my camera from the table where I keep it for such happenings - and the lens fell off.
Luckily the squirrel was also having his lunch and I had time to screw the lens back on and get this shot. I love that lens!
Your lens is the perfect one fir such a close up. That’s the only thing I miss about just using my iPhone. Works well for my lifestyle but wish I could do this.
This is cropped as well as taken with a zoom lens. I detest touch screens, cannot cope with them at all - occasionally if I am without my camera, I borrow Ray's phone and am incapble of taking just one shot at a time!
