You have gone all French Hazel...I am impressed I have forgotten pretty much all the French I learnt at school.....never used it since unfortunately & a country I have never visited. So near too, no excuse except 120 cows! Fresh figs are wonderful I believe warmed in the sun.

I've been all French since I learnt the language aged 11 years old!!! I don't actually like figs but Ray loves them.

This is like home to me brings back childhood memories as we had a fig tree in our garden. I used to play imaginary games with the leaves and fruit, selling them in my imaginary shops and restaurants!

On a good summer they can grow here but I prefer to buy the fruit on the market. Beautiful capture of the branch loded with figs

Lovely figs! My fig tree is looking good, unfortunately it's in the area where the chickens roam and a couple of them have taken to roosting in it. I think we may be a bit short of figs this year.
