@pyrrhula It's a sweetbread. Ripe, mashed bananas are used in the batter. Easy to make and a tasty way to use up overripe bananas. Thanks for viewing and for yourcomments.

@lyndemc i made little loaves and one is almost gone. I used a different recipe this time and really didn't like it as well. Oh well. Live and learn.
