Last night we spent several hours in a friend's kitchen, preparing home made, ricotta-stuffed raviolis, grilled vegetables, barbecued salmon and apple cream cheese torte. I shot a bunch of photos of the food prep, figuring I'd use one for this post. But when I looked at all the photos, this one stood out because Rex waited and watched patiently for hours in the kitchen as we cooked, hoping to snag a few morsels of pasta and fish. Don't worry! He got some, after the six of us finished dinner about 10 pm. BTW, the meal was amazing. Did I mention there was wine with each course and of course, the Limoncello at the finish.
