Low Water Plants

With no end in sight for the more than four -year long drought in California (and many other places as well), conserving water is a hot topic of conversation. I've been researching drought tolerant plants to use in a landscape project, visiting nurseries and friends to get ideas. Some good friends on the coast near San Diego just re-landscaped their yard with wonderful results. They even have raised beds for vegetables and herbs on a drip watering system.

Well that is definitely the wise move if you can find some that tolerate lack of moisture. The patio looks great
