My friend and I finally met up to celebrate our mutual June birthdays. Better late than never, it’s been that type of a year. I received lots of lovely gifts (and gave lovely ones too). The Russian goats wool scarf comes from her recent trip on a cruise through Greenland, northern Canada and somewhere near Siberia! Her photos are stunning and I’ve offered to edit and make a book for her. Can’t wait to start.
the smiley brolly packaging reminds me of "Yellow Pages" ... which was once the go to place to find traders, restaurants , bars , taxis, hotels ...It is what we used before Google and smart phones !
