So I didn’t know this little gadget even existed or had a name til the other day when we had tea in the Fortnum Cafe - it’s something you put in the spout of a tea pot - it’s called a Bredemeijer Drop-Catcher and strainer and it ensures that the tea leaves remain in the pot when pouring. If you look closely you’ll see the teapot in the background.
