Castel Nuovo, Naples by rensala

Castel Nuovo, Naples

Originally built between 1279 and 1282, Castel Nuovo is an imposing Medieval Renaissance fortress located next to the port of Naples. You can’t miss it when you come in on the ferry. Its location and imposing size makes it one of the main architectural landmarks of the city. It was a royal seat for kings of Naples, Aragon and Spain until 1815.
Looks wonderful there.
