Ist play with a 10 stop nd filter. This was just before sunset but the cloud had pretty much covered the sun at this point just leaving a slight glow in the sky exposure time was 20 seconds leaving a touch of texture to the water.
@hermann Thanks Sally @30pics4jackiesdiamond Thanks. It's basically a filter that blocks light to give a longer exposure time a 1/50 exposure would go to 12.6 seconds so a tripod becomes essential :)
