Crocus bud soaked by the rain

Its been a very wet day here today so limited photo opportunities. So i brought this crocus in from outside where it had been soaked by the rain.

@m2016 Thank you. The amazing thing was 20 mins after this was taken it was fully open! Must be the effect of bringing it into a nice warm house.

Beautiful shot. Nice focus and dof. We have almost the same camera and lenses. I added a 50mm that I use often too.

@tracys Thank you. Is your 50mm the F1.8 prime lense? I have been toying between that and the sister 35mm F1.8 but bot sure which would be best.

@rjb71 yes, that's the 50mm I have. You csn search 50mm on here. People (including me ) sometimes tag their photos by lens.

@tracys that is a great idea I didn't know folks tag that way I need to see what others are shooting at with the lens I have. Hopefully I be more encourage that if they can do I can to. RIGHT!
