Taken through the kitchen window, this female great tit was enjoying the nuts from the new feeder. I've also bought a new suet ball feeder to try to get the starlings on them rather than the seed feeders as they spill it all over the place! Cheeky fellows!
I've actually remembered to put the time right on my camera as it was an hour slow. I kept meaning to do it but kept forgetting!
Nice shot of this Great tit, the Starling like our fat ball feeder and I use a feeder like this one with buggy nibbles in it and they love those as do the Blue Tits
Such a pretty little bird. I know what you mean about the seeds spilling all over the place but in our case the squirrel is definitely the worst culprit! Unfortunately we need a different suet ball feeder as the magpies mob it and frighten all the other little birds away! Also have to put up with them cackling all day!
