This is Bas playing peek a boo in his box. It really should be rotated to the right but I can't seem to make it stay that way and it was taken on my phone because it's the only thing I can get in his cage without making him come out as it's small. My camera is too big and he wants to come out when he sees it so that he can look at it a bit more closely. He loves it if we creep up on him and play peek a boo. He's really just like a little child.
@hermann Oh Sally Bas is such a gentle bird and not like the wild ones at all. He licks all round our face with his long tongue. I would love to see them in the wild although I know they are destructive - naughty birds!
@vega What happened to your bird? Did he die of old age? They do live to be about 60 or 70 so he will probably outlive us although we think he could be about 40 now but we're not sure
