Magpie

This was taken at RSPB a couple of weeks ago but I often find that I take such a lot of shots and don't have a chance to post them so I decided to post this one today. You can always tell when magpies are about as they "chuckle" and although some people don't like them due to superstitions such as 1 for sorrow, I think they are magnificent birds. However, I know that they steal baby birds and eggs but I'm afraid that is nature.

Awwwww....great shot :-) Oh this is a Magpie Lark isn't it? They are different to our Magpies, that have a much longer tail and a a lot smaller too.
